1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of RedeskPro, a remote desktop application and related services ("Service") operated by IncredibleIT ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, installing the RedeskPro application, or using the web dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

If you're using RedeskPro on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

RedeskPro lets a user ("Viewer") connect to and, where permitted, control another computer ("Agent") over an encrypted peer-to-peer or relayed connection. The Service includes:

  • The desktop application (Windows), used both to be controlled and to control other devices
  • A signaling and account server used to establish connections and manage devices
  • A web dashboard for managing devices, permissions, and connection history

Screen, audio, clipboard, and file data exchanged during a session travels directly between the two devices whenever possible (peer-to-peer). When a direct connection isn't possible, traffic is relayed through our infrastructure without being stored.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use RedeskPro. You're responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when registering
  • Keeping your password and any unattended-access passwords confidential
  • All activity that happens under your account

Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RedeskPro to:

  • Access a device you don't own or don't have clear permission to access
  • Install, distribute, or execute malware, or interfere with another device's normal operation
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer the application except where permitted by law
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, including unauthorized surveillance or interception of communications

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being used to violate this section.

5. Unattended access & passwords

RedeskPro lets a device owner set an unattended-access password so a connection doesn't require manual approval each time. You're solely responsible for who you share that password with and for revoking or changing it when needed. We can't recover a lost unattended-access password on your behalf — it is stored as a one-way hash and never in plain text.

6. Availability & changes to the service

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

7. Fees

8. Intellectual property

The RedeskPro application, website, and dashboard, including their design, code, and branding, are the property of IncredibleIT or its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended. Use of the desktop application itself is additionally governed by our End User License Agreement.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncredibleIT isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss on a controlled device, service interruptions, or actions taken by a person you granted access to. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.

10. Suspension & termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination, active device sessions end and stored device data associated with that account is deleted or anonymized, subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal retention obligations.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
