End User License Agreement
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the RedeskPro Terms & Conditions, IncredibleIT grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the RedeskPro desktop application ("Application") on devices you own or control, for the purpose of accessing and providing remote desktop access as intended by the Service.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, except as permitted by law
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction
- Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the Application to third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding within the Application
- Use the Application to build a competing remote-desktop product
3. Ownership
The Application is licensed, not sold. IncredibleIT and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement doesn't grant you any rights to trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Application as intended.
4. Updates
The Application may periodically check for and install updates. Updates may add, change, or remove features. Running an outdated version may cause parts of the Service to stop working, since the Application depends on a compatible signaling server.
5. Third-party components
The Application includes open-source and third-party software components, each governed by their own license terms. 6. No warranty
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. IncredibleIT doesn't warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system configuration.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete all copies from devices you control.
